Print credit is a balance on your AG account that gets applied automatically against future orders. View your current balance in the Print credit card under Settings (it appears only when you have a balance).
How credit gets onto the account
- Goodwill — issued by AG support when an order has an issue (damage, lost in transit, late beyond SLA).
- Promotions — periodic offers may credit accounts.
- Refunds — partial refunds for accepted disputes can be issued as credit instead of card refunds, at the customer's choice.
How it's spent
- Applied automatically at checkout, reducing the amount charged to your saved card.
- Applies before VAT calculation.
- If your credit covers the full order, no charge is made to your card.
Currency
Print credit is denominated in your account's currency (GBP, EUR, or USD). It's not transferable between currencies — if you change country of residence later, contact support to discuss any existing credit.
Expiry
Print credit doesn't currently expire automatically. If a specific credit was issued with an expiry, it'll be noted in the email you received when it was credited.
