How it works
Set up in minutes. Really.
Add your lots
Up to twenty works. Photos, a short description, an estimate, a starting bid and a reserve if you want one. Pick your sale window, up to five days, and your page design.
Publish and tell your followers
Before it opens, the page shows a countdown and anyone can follow the auction to get alerts. When bidding opens, every bid and every outbid goes out by email, and by WhatsApp if they want it.
We close it and pay you
Lots close one after another with a soft close. The winner's card is charged, the invoice goes out in your name, and delivery is arranged. You get a statement for the auction and the proceeds by transfer.

Questions
The things people ask first.
What does it cost?
Our commission is 20% of the hammer price, taken from the proceeds. There is no buyer's premium: your collector pays their winning bid plus delivery and any tax, nothing more. If a lot does not sell there is no fee.
Do bidders need an account?
No. A card and an email address. Their address is taken at the card step so delivery can be priced. Bidders appear anonymously to each other and nobody's maximum is ever shown.
Who handles delivery?
The buyer pays for delivery, priced for their address and charged when the lot closes. You pack the work within a week of payment and either send it yourself or we book the carrier. Everything is tracked and insured, and larger or high-value pieces go by fine-art courier that we arrange.
What about payment, tax and the legal side?
The winner's card is charged as soon as the lot closes, tax due on the sale is added to the buyer's invoice at checkout, and the conditions of sale are built into the page. Bidders accept them before they can bid.
Can I sell prints as well?
Yes. Your print products can sit under the lots on the same page, picked from your existing catalogue. Print orders go through the normal checkout and our production.
How many lots, how long?
Up to twenty lots and a sale window of up to five days, in GBP, EUR or USD. Lots, prices and dates are fixed once bidding opens; the page design, your profile and the products on the page can change any time.
