The Media Library (/library) is your collection of every image you've uploaded to AG. It's the starting point for placing new orders — pick from your library to skip re-uploading.
Navigation
The left sidebar groups the library under Library: All Images, Order History, and Favorites. Categories and Tags are collapsible sections below.
What's there
Every image you've uploaded — whether ordered or not — appears as a card showing:
- Thumbnail of the image.
- File name or your given title.
- A favorite heart (top-right) and a selection checkbox (top-left).
Sort the grid with the dropdown in the header — Recent Orders or Date Uploaded.
Ordering from the library
- Select one or more images by ticking their checkboxes.
- Click Order Prints in the header.
- On the "How would you like to order?" card, choose Use our recommendation or Choose step by step. Logged-in users can also re-apply a previous order or saved preset.
Searching
The library has a search bar at the top. Useful when your library has 50+ images.
Image lightbox
Click an image card (not its checkbox or heart) to open the lightbox — full-screen view. Useful for verifying the right image before ordering.
Uploading more
Click Upload in the library header to open the Upload Images dialog ("Drag & drop or click to upload"). Uploaded images join the library automatically.
Deleting images
Currently no in-app delete — images persist in your library indefinitely. If you need to remove an image (e.g., to clean up clutter), contact AG support.
Privacy
Your library is visible only to you. Anonymous-account libraries are tied to your browser session UUID; converting to a logged-in account migrates the library to your account.
Uploaded vs ordered
Not every uploaded image is ordered. The library shows everything regardless. To surface images you've ordered recently, sort by Recent Orders.
Library view settings
Pick your thumbnail size (Small / Medium / Large) from the header dropdown and how many images to show per page (20–200) from the pagination footer. Both are remembered per browser.
Tags can be removed
Each tag in the Tags dialog has a × to remove it — from one image, or in bulk across the images you've selected. The same works in the image lightbox.
Per-image order history
The lightbox lists the orders placed for that image. For images imported from the previous platform, orders before 29 June 2026 were placed there, so the list starts from that date.
Failed uploads retry
Uploads retry automatically, and a failed tile shows its own Retry button — no page refresh needed.
