Open Settings from the AG sidebar footer (or the Settings button there). The page is a stack of cards covering identity, contact, location, and payment.
Account identity
- Name — First name and Last name; appear on invoices and shipping labels.
- Email Address — used for order confirmations and account login.
- Phone Number — pick a country dial Code and enter a Number. Stored in E.164 format.
Billing Country and Country of Residence
These are two separate cards:
- Billing Country — determines the currency prices and invoices use (GBP, EUR, or USD).
- Country of Residence — determines the Stripe account that processes your payments. Set this to where you actually live, even if you're temporarily abroad.
Appearance
The Appearance card sets the theme: Light, Dark, or System. Saved per browser.
Change Password
The Change Password card takes your Current Password, then the New Password twice. Anonymous accounts don't have a password yet — set one to convert your anonymous account into a permanent one.
Other cards on the page
- Email Updates — marketing opt-in.
- Two-Factor Authentication — add an extra step at sign-in.
- Address Book — see How to manage saved addresses.
- VAT registration — see How to set a VAT number.
- Print credit — see About AG print credit (only shows when you have a balance).
- Saved Card and API Keys — see How to manage saved cards / About AG API access (only visible if API access is enabled for your account).
Settings layout
Settings is organised into Account, Billing and Security tabs.
Saved cards
Every signed-in user can add, replace or remove a saved card under Billing — it's offered automatically at checkout.
Changing your email
Changing your login email sends confirmation links to both your old and new inboxes; confirm both to complete the change.
Deleting your account
The Delete Account card under the Account tab permanently closes your creativehub login — both the print-ordering side and the selling side. Order and invoice records are retained as required; the confirmation screen explains exactly what is removed before you commit.
