How to edit the FAQs on your sale page

Every drop sale page has an FAQ accordion. It ships with 6 default questions and answers. Edit them in the wizard step titled Important Order Information, or post-publish via Edit Options → Important FAQs.

The card subtitle reads "Edit the FAQ section that appears on your product page. These help answer common customer questions."

The 6 default FAQs

The system pre-populates these so you have a working FAQ set without writing one from scratch:

  1. How long will my print take to arrive? — up to 4 weeks to dispatch, most within a few days, tracking on dispatch.
  2. How will my print be packaged? — flat in an envelope vs rolled in a tube, based on size and region.
  3. Are the prints archival? — archival fine-art papers and processes.
  4. What's the policy on returns? — made to order, no returns, but replaced if damaged in transit.
  5. What if my print gets damaged in transit? — replacement process; images or video of the damage required for the shipping insurance.
  6. How long will this print be available for? — until the edition run ends or sells out.

What you can do

  • Edit any question or answer inline.
  • Delete an FAQ with the trash icon. You can't delete the last remaining FAQ — the trash button is disabled once only one is left.
  • Add a new (blank) FAQ with the Add FAQ button.
  • Reset to defaults restores the original 6 FAQs, replacing anything you've changed.

You can't reorder FAQs. The grip handle next to each question is decorative — there's no drag-and-drop. FAQs always appear in the order they're listed (Q1, Q2, …).

Customising

The defaults are written in a generic artist voice. Tweak them to match yours:

  • Replace the "I" copy with your studio/brand voice.
  • Update the returns answer if your policy differs.
  • Add a question specific to the drop (e.g. "Why is this edition limited to 25?" with the story behind it).

When to add FAQs vs put info elsewhere

  • Add to FAQs for practical, transactional questions buyers ask before purchasing.
  • Put in the artwork description if it's about the artwork itself.
  • Put in the artist bio if it's about you.

A long FAQ accordion hurts conversion. Keep it lean.

After editing

In the wizard, click Everything looks good to save and continue. From Edit Options, save the card. To make changes live, publish from the Edit Options hub.
