The Edit Options hub is the central card for managing an existing drop or product. You land on it once setup is done, and whenever you reopen a drop or product to make changes.
The card is titled "Your page and editing options" (or "Your product and editing options" when you're editing a single product).
What you can edit
The options are split into two collapsible sections. Both are expanded by default.
Products and prices
- Prices — set retail prices for each variant.
- Edition sizes — limited or open edition counts.
- Product & variant choices — the framed/unframed and size variants, and their rendered preview shots.
- Paper choice — which paper(s) the print is offered on.
- Borders — print border settings.
- Mount, signature & numbering — the finishing options for framed prints.
- Certificate of Authenticity — turn the COA on/off and set its details.
- Letter insert — the envelope insert tied to the drop.
Store design and content
- Page style — the visual style of the sale page.
- Short Artist Bio — your bio text.
- Artwork Descriptions — per-artwork descriptions.
- Important FAQs — the FAQ section on the sale page.
- Headshot — your photo.
- Logo — your brand logo.
- Signature — your printed signature for COAs and prints.
- Holding Page Settings — the pre-launch holding page.
When you're editing a single product (product-only mode), the page-level tiles (Page style, Bio, Artwork Descriptions, FAQs, Headshot, Holding Page, Logo and Letter insert) are hidden, and Signature moves into the Products and prices section.
Each tile opens its own editor. When you finish there, you return straight to this hub.
Publishing your changes
The publish button label depends on what you're editing:
- A page (whole drop) — Publish changes.
- A single product — Push to store the first time, or Push edits to store once it's already live.
The button is disabled until there's actually something to publish. On a drop or product that's already published, it stays disabled until you make a real change — opening an editor and clicking through without editing anything does not count.
Once you've made a genuine edit, a note appears under the buttons:
- For a page (whole drop): "You have unpublished changes to this drop."
- For a product: "You have unpublished changes to this product."
You must re-publish for any change to take effect on your live store.
Exiting without publishing
Click Exit to save your progress and come back later. Your edits are kept; they just aren't pushed to your store until you publish.
