Go to Drop List in the sidebar to see all your drops. Drops are shown as cards, 9 per page.
Finding a drop
- Search — type in the Search drops by name... box. This searches across all your drops, not just the page on screen.
- Sort — switch between Newest First and Oldest First.
- Pages — use the pager at the bottom to move through results when you have more than 9 drops.
- New Drop — start a new drop from scratch.
What's on each card
- Artwork preview — a thumbnail mosaic of up to three of the drop's artworks.
- Drop name — the name you gave the drop.
- Status badge — one of Published, Draft, Publishing… or Publish failed. Published means the drop actually reached your store.
- Dates — the launch → end times, shown read-only in UTC, with both date and time. No dates set yet appears if you haven't scheduled it. To change the dates, click Edit and use the Sale dates card in the edit hub.
Card actions
Each card has four buttons:
- Edit — opens the drop in the wizard so you can change any setting and re-publish.
- Duplicate — opens a dialog to name a new copy, then pick which of the drop's products to keep. The copy is created as a fresh draft that points at the same products, so you can edit and publish it separately.
- Manage products — add or remove products on the drop in place, without re-running the wizard. Changes save immediately; re-publish the drop for them to go live on your store.
- Delete — permanently removes the drop and its sale page. This can't be undone.
