Once a drop exists, you can change which products are on it in place — without re-running the create-drop wizard. Use the Manage products modal from the Drops list.
This is the quickest way to swap products on a live drop. It only works with products that are already in your catalogue; to bring a brand-new artwork into a drop, use the wizard (see How to add or remove artworks from a drop).
Open Manage products
- Go to the Drops list.
- On the drop's card, click Manage products.
The modal opens for that drop, showing the products currently in it.
Remove a product
In the In this drop section, click the X on a product's row. There's no separate confirmation step — the product is removed straight away.
Add a product
Under Add from your products:
- Use the search box to find a product by name.
- Click Add on the one you want.
Only products from your own catalogue appear here. Anything already in the drop is hidden from the list. If you've added every product, the list shows "Every one of your products is already in this drop."
When changes go live
Changes save immediately — they're applied to the drop as you make them, not batched up. But they only appear on Shopify after you re-publish the drop. The modal repeats this in its own description.
When you're finished, click Done.
