Dropship orders are delivered on a best-endeavour basis to the following SLAs (working days from dispatch):
- UK, Germany, EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: 6–10 working days.
- United States & Canada: 6–10 working days.
- Rest of World: 6–15 working days.
These are shipping times only — production is in addition (typically 1–5 working days for standard prints, 5–10 for mounting and framing). See About production turnaround.
Setting customer expectations
When marketing a drop, communicate total order-to-doorstep time as production + shipping:
- Standard prints, UK/EU customer: ~7–15 working days end-to-end.
- Bespoke framed, Rest of World customer: ~15–25 working days end-to-end.
