World-class fulfilment, in your name
Elsewhere on this blog we talk about why your brand, and not somebody else's, should be the one your collectors remember.
That principle is easy to agree with and hard to deliver, because the moment a print leaves your hands it passes through somebody else's. What arrives at the door either builds your name or quietly undermines it.
So here is what happens to an order after your collector clicks buy.
It is printed by us, not brokered out
We own our production. London, Düsseldorf and New York, all ours, all working to the same standard. Orders route automatically to whichever is nearest your buyer, which is why there are no surprise import charges for collectors in the UK, the EU or the US.
Museum grade giclée on hand picked archival papers from Hahnemühle and Ilford, and true photographic C-type on Fuji Crystal Archive. Eleven professional papers, colour managed end to end, made by printers who care about it.
Framed by hand
Made to measure conservation framing, and solid wood FSC certified pre-made frames when you want a larger, more affordable edition. Same gallery standard either way, so you can offer both without explaining a difference in quality.
And it arrives with your name on it
This is the part that matters most. Your branding on the packaging. Your letter inside. Your certificate, your signature, your edition number. Nothing in that parcel advertises us.
If it is lost or damaged we replace it immediately, at no cost to you or your buyer. And the whole thing, production through to delivery, is carbon neutral, with packaging that is sustainably sourced and recyclable or biodegradable.
Twenty years of getting this right
Twenty years of delivering quality experiences for buyers means we are a brand trusted by over 12,000 artists. The point of all that experience is that your collector never thinks about us at all. They think about you, and about the piece they just unwrapped.
That is what turns a buyer into someone who comes back for the next drop. See the full service on our fine art fulfilment page.
