Where your branding lives

Your branding lives in two places. Visual assets — signatures, logos, and letter inserts — are in the Media Library. Text details and the branding sticker are in Settings.

Where each thing lives

  • Signatures, logo, and letter insertsMedia Library (left sidebar → Media Library).
  • Artist name and shop nameSettings → Account, in the Artist details card.
  • Branding stickerSettings → Fulfilment, in the Branding sticker card at the top of the tab.
  • Measurement unitsSettings → Account.

There's no "Artist branding" tab any more. Settings has six tabs: Account, Financial, Fulfilment, Security, Page Styles, Connections.

Signatures, logos, and letter inserts: the Media Library

Open Media Library from the left sidebar. This is where you upload and manage:

  • Signatures — your signature images, used on Certificates of Authenticity and product pages.
  • Logo — the logo shown on product pages and used on COAs. Accepts PNG, JPEG, or SVG, max 10 MB.
  • Letter inserts — A4 PDF letters printed and included with each order.

Your logo is not the branding sticker

This trips people up. Your logo — the one shown on product pages and used on COAs — is uploaded in the Media Library.

The Branding sticker (in Settings → Fulfilment) is a different thing: it's a PDF for the biodegradable sticker we attach to your shipping packaging. It is not your page or COA logo. See how to set up branded stickers for that.

Defaults: the first one wins

For both signatures and letter inserts, the first one you upload is automatically set as the default for new drops. You don't have to do anything.

To change the default later, star a different signature or letter in the list. The starred item shows a Default label. There can only be one default of each at a time.

One account, one set of branding

Branding is account-level and single-artist: one artist name, one shop name, one logo per account. There's no feature for switching between multiple artist identities — if you need a different look for a specific drop, do it per-drop in the drop wizard, not here.

What this doesn't change

  • Already-published drops keep what they were published with until you re-publish them.
  • Per-drop overrides take precedence at publish time. If a drop carries its own signature, letter, or logo, that drop-level value is used.
