What's on the Account Settings page

settingsaccountprofilefulfilment

Open Settings from the sidebar. The page heading is Account Settings ("Manage your account preferences and security settings"). Everything is split across six tabs:

  • Account
  • Financial
  • Fulfilment
  • Security
  • Page Styles
  • Connections

Account

  • Profile — first name, last name, and email. Changing your email needs confirmation via a link sent to the new address.
  • Artist Details — artist name and shop name. Drives names on COAs, the sale page header, packaging, and invoices. Your logo lives in the Media Library, not here.
  • Measurement Units — metric, imperial, or both. Controls how sizes display on the Shopify size buttons.
  • Country of residence — drives which Stripe account settles your payouts.
  • Appearance — Light, Dark, or System theme.
  • Timezone Settings — used for the start and end dates you set when scheduling a drop.
  • Marketing emails — opt in or out of product updates and platform marketing.
  • Delete Account — permanently deletes your account and all associated data. Can't be undone.

Financial

  • Saved Card — card on file, charged at fulfilment time for production costs.
  • VAT registration — your merchant VAT number for the fulfilment side.
  • Billing country — sets the currency and Stripe-account routing for the cost side of fulfilment.
  • Billing details — the name, company, and address shown in the "Billed to" block on your fulfilment invoices.

Fulfilment

  • Branding Sticker — PDF logo applied to packaging by theprintspace. Sits at the top of this tab.
  • Delivery prices — which shipping prices we push to your store with new products: standardised conversion-optimised prices (default) or pass-through of theprintspace's real shipping costs. To use fully your own rates, make your own delivery profile in Shopify and move the products onto it.
  • Product presets — rename or delete the product setups you've saved for one-click product creation.
  • Exclude regions from Fulfilment — switch off regions you don't want us to fulfil to.
  • Upgrade to Courier — opt regions into courier postage.
  • Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — pre-pay import duties and GST so your customer never gets a customs bill. Available for a fixed list of countries. Turning DDP on for a country automatically turns on Upgrade to Courier for that region.

Security

  • Change Password — set a new password. If you have MFA enabled, you may be asked to verify before the change goes through.
  • Two-Factor Authentication — SMS or email OTP for login.

Page Styles

Create and edit the page styles applied to your drop pages. This is the only place to reach Page Styles — it's no longer in the sidebar.

Connections

  • Connected stores — Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace, Wix, and WooCommerce. Connect more, switch the active store, or disconnect. This is the same card as the Connect Accounts wizard step.
  • API access — the embedded API token card. Generate esch_live_* tokens for the public Escher V2 API and optionally attach an outbound webhook for order-status events. There's no separate API Tokens page. If API access isn't enabled on your account, the card tells you to contact support.

Social (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X) and marketing (Brevo, MailerLite) panels are feature-gated and don't show by default.

Signatures, logos, and letters

These aren't in Settings. Upload and manage them in the Media Library (sidebar → Media Library):

  • Your logo, re-used on your drop pages and packaging.
  • Signature images, re-usable across drops.
  • Letter inserts (A4), re-usable across drops.

Where to start

For a new account: 1. Set Artist Details and Measurement Units (Account) and Country of residence + Billing country (Account / Financial). 2. Upload your logo, a Signature, and Letter inserts in the Media Library, and a Branding Sticker (Fulfilment), so they're ready when you start a drop. 3. Add a Saved Card (Financial) before publishing your first drop. 4. Optional: Two-Factor Authentication (Security) and VAT registration (Financial).
