The Branding sticker card lets you upload a PDF sticker that theprintspace attaches to outgoing packaging. Find it at the top of Settings → Fulfilment.
Choose a shape, upload your PDF, then turn on Activate branded packaging. The toggle stays disabled until a sticker is uploaded.
Two sticker shapes
Pick the shape from the Shape dropdown before you upload — your PDF is validated against that shape's spec.
- Circular — 1:1 (±0.1). Target 50×50mm. Min 39.96×39.96mm, max 150×150mm.
- Rectangle — a fixed 4.1:1 letterbox (±0.2). Target 210×51mm. Min 167.98×40.81mm, max 630×153mm.
Rectangle is a single landscape letterbox aspect — it isn't a free landscape/portrait shape, and portrait files are rejected.
File requirements
- Format: PDF only.
- Max file size: 25 MB.
- Aspect ratio: must match the chosen shape's spec above.
- Physical dimensions: page 1's size must sit within the min/max for that shape.
Validation
Files are checked twice:
- In the browser, before upload —
pdf-libreads page 1's size and rejects the wrong file type, password-protected/corrupt PDFs, wrong aspect, or out-of-range dimensions. The reason shows in an alert under the picker. If the aspect matches the other shape, the alert offers a one-click button to switch shape. - Server-side, after upload — the shipping service is the source of truth. If your file is slightly off-spec but fixable, it auto-resizes or re-encodes the PDF in place; you'll see a "…auto-resized to spec" toast. If it can't be normalised, the upload is rejected with the server's reason.
How to upload
- Open Settings → Fulfilment.
- In the Branding sticker card at the top, pick the Shape.
- Click the upload area and choose your PDF.
- The file is validated and uploaded; on success you'll see a "Sticker uploaded" toast.
- Turn on Activate branded packaging to apply it to outgoing orders.
Preview your branding
Click Preview your branding to open a dialog that renders your PDF's first page composited over a packaging photo, so you can see roughly where the sticker lands before activating.
What it costs
Branded packaging is part of the per-order packaging cost — there's no separate sticker fee.
When stickers ship
Once activated, orders from your published drops include the branded sticker on the outer packaging. Turning the toggle off stops new orders from including it; orders already in production may already have stickers applied.
Replacing or removing a sticker
- Replace — click Replace and pick a new PDF. It's validated the same way and the card points to the new file.
- Remove — click the X to clear the sticker. Removing also switches Activate branded packaging off, since branded packaging with no sticker would print blank.
When to skip
Leave the toggle off if you'd rather not include branded packaging. Orders ship in plain theprintspace packaging.
