From a practical standpoint, an account is tied to the email address and login it was registered with, and anyone with those details can sign in — so a small team sometimes shares one set of credentials. However, sharing login details means everyone has full access to your files, orders, payment information and store settings, so only do this with people you fully trust, and keep your password secure.
