How to edit the Quality Details section on the sale page

The Quality Details section is an optional trust-signal block on your sale page. It's a single piece of free text plus optional images that explain the quality behind your prints. You edit it in the drop wizard, on the Quality Details step.

It is wizard-only — there is no Quality Details tile in the Edit Options hub. To change it on a published drop, re-open the drop and step through the wizard.

The card

The Quality Details card has three parts:

  • Show Quality Details section — a toggle. It's off by default, so the section doesn't appear on your page unless you turn it on.
  • Quality Details Text — one free-text box. There are no separate heading/body fields and no per-section structure; it's a single block of copy.
  • Quality Images — an uploader. Drop or click to add images (JPEG, PNG or WebP).

Default copy

If you turn the section on without editing it, the box is pre-filled with:

Every print of my work that is produced is a masterpiece, produced by the world's leading fine art print company that I proudly partner with. Your print will be made using archival-grade materials and sustainable, carbon-neutral practices to create prints that will last for decades.

Replace it with your own wording, or leave the default and ship.

Editing

  1. On the Quality Details step, toggle Show Quality Details section on.
  2. Edit the text in the Quality Details Text box.
  3. Optionally add images under Quality Images.
  4. Click Save.

To remove the block entirely, toggle the section off and Save — there's no need to clear the text.

Why it matters

Buyers comparing two prints often pick the one with a credible production story. The Quality Details section signals that your prints are made to a standard, not just printed at home.

Re-using across drops

Like most page-level options, your Quality Details copy and toggle state carry forward to your next drop unless you change them. Write it once, polish it, and benefit on every drop.
