How to connect your store

Connecting your store lets us sync products, orders, and tracking automatically. When an order comes in, we produce and dispatch it, then push tracking back to your store.

Where to connect

There are three ways in, all using the same connection panel:

  • Connect Store in the sidebar — opens the /connect-accounts step.
  • The Connect your store step when you first set up your account.
  • Settings → Connections to add, switch, or review a store later.

Supported stores

Pick the platform your store runs on:

  • Shopify
  • Etsy
  • Squarespace
  • Wix
  • WooCommerce

Big Cartel shows as Coming soon and can't be connected yet.

You can connect more than one store, and add more at any time.

How connecting works

  • Shopify and WooCommerce ask for your store URL first, then send you to your store to authorise the connection and bring you back.
  • Etsy, Squarespace, and Wix send you straight to that platform to authorise — no URL needed up front.

For Wix, the Wix Stores app must be installed on your site for products to sync. If it isn't, the connection shows a prompt to install it.

To swap a connected store for a different one, open the tile and choose Switch.

Setting up your account

There's no requirement to connect social or email accounts. To start selling you need to:

  1. Connect your store — any supported platform. We recommend Shopify.
  2. Create products or drop pages — individual products work with any connected store; timed drop pages are Shopify only.
  3. Add a payment card — we debit it to produce and dispatch your orders.

Adding branding for your packaging and certificates is recommended but optional.

To remove a store, see How to disconnect integrations.
