Disconnect a store when you no longer want it linked to theprintspace.
Which stores you can disconnect
Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace, Wix, and WooCommerce. These are the storefronts you can link from the connections card; each connected one can be disconnected from the same place.
To disconnect a store
- Go to Settings → Connections.
- Find the connected store in the Connected stores card. Connected tiles show a Switch and Disconnect footer.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm in the dialog.
What happens
Existing orders aren't affected. New orders, product updates, and tracking stop syncing until you reconnect.
To reconnect
Click the store's tile again and run through the authorisation flow. To swap an active store for a different account on the same platform, use Switch instead of disconnecting.
