In general, you don't edit a master file in place — the usual approach is to upload the corrected file as a new product and apply your size/paper settings again, rather than swapping the file behind an existing product.

A key thing to know: re-uploading typically generates new SKU codes. If you sell that product through a connected store, the old SKUs won't match the new ones, so you'd need to update the SKU on each variant in your store for orders to keep flowing correctly.

Practical steps

1. Upload the new/corrected file.
2. Re-apply your print variant settings (sizes, paper, borders).
3. If the product is linked to a store, copy the new SKU(s) and paste them onto the matching variants in your store listing.
4. Remove or stop selling the superseded product to avoid confusion.

If you only needed to fix colour or sizing, soft-proof the new file first, and consider a small test print before committing to a large run.
