The Products page (sidebar → Products) is your inventory of every product on your account — pieces created in the drop wizard, standalone products you made directly, and any legacy products migrated from your previous account. Use it to find a piece, open it, edit it, or push it to your store.
What it shows
A grid of product cards. Each card displays:
- Artwork thumbnail.
- Product name (the page title).
- Status badge (see below).
- Description preview — a short, plain-text snippet (new products only).
- "from £X" — the lowest variant price.
The variant count is shown on legacy product cards only.
Status badges
- Live — on your Shopify store.
- Changes pending — on Shopify, but edited since the last push.
- Publishing — ready to go to Shopify, not on the store yet.
- Draft — not yet pushed.
- Legacy — migrated from your previous account (read-only here).
Controls
Above the grid:
- Search — by product name.
- Sort — Newest first, Oldest first, or Highest orders.
- Source toggle — all / new / legacy. Only appears when you have legacy products.
There is no filter by drop or by status.
Card actions
New product cards have three buttons:
- Edit — opens the product in the wizard's edit hub.
- Push (upload icon) — pushes the product (or its changes) to Shopify. Shown only when there's something to push.
- Delete (bin icon) — removes the product from your list.
Legacy products are read-only and have no action buttons.
Opening a product
Click a card to open its Product View — a read-only overview:
- A preview with framed/unframed and size pills.
- An Overview panel: variant count, framed options, editioned variants, status, Certificate of Authenticity, letter insert, and description.
- A Variants table with two tabs:
- Summary — size, frame, mount, paper, retail price, editions sold, and SKU (with a copy button next to each SKU).
- Size detail — printed area, border, total print size, and total framed size per variant, in your account's measurement units.
Nothing on this page is edited inline. To change anything, use Edit product, which opens the wizard's edit hub.
Placing a manual order
You can't order from a product card. Instead:
- Open a product and click Create manual order, or
- Use the Cart button in the page header once items are in your manual-order cart.

Products vs drops
- A product is an artwork with its variants (size, framing).
- A drop is a sale page that bundles one or more products with a schedule, page style, FAQs, etc.
The same product can appear in multiple drops. Editing the product (e.g. changing the paper) carries through to every drop using it on the next publish.

If you migrated from the legacy system, your existing products appear here too. They're shown read-only on the Products page.
