You create products here, in creativehub, and push them out to your connected store. creativehub is the source of truth; Shopify (or Etsy, Wix, and so on) is the publish destination — not the master inventory.
Connecting a store does not pull your store's existing products into creativehub. It grants the access needed to push products to the store and handle fulfilment.
The two sources
Products on the Products page come from one of two places:
- New — products you build in creativehub. Use New Product to create one, or they're created for you as part of a drop. These live in creativehub and are pushed to your store.
- Legacy — products migrated from your previous theprintspace account. They're shown alongside your new products so you can find and reorder them. You'll only see the Legacy filter if you have any.
How products reach your store
- Build a product in creativehub (standalone, or as part of a drop).
- Push it to your connected store. creativehub creates the product and its variants on the store and publishes it to the Online Store.
- When you later edit a product in creativehub, it's flagged with unpublished changes and the product card's Publish button (tooltip "Publish changes to Shopify") becomes active. Publishing sends those edits to the store.
Changes flow out of creativehub to the store. Edits you make directly in your store admin don't flow back into creativehub.
Already have products in your store?
