You access creativehub through the login page. Sign in with an existing email and password, sign up if you're new, or reset your password if you've forgotten it. Use the Sign In and Sign Up tabs to switch between the two.
Sign in (existing users)
- On the Sign In tab, enter your email and password.
- Click Sign In.
If your account pre-dates our current Terms & Conditions, or the terms have been updated since you last accepted them, you'll be taken to a full-page Terms & Conditions screen on sign-in. Read them and click I accept to continue.
Sign up (new users)
- Switch to the Sign Up tab.
- Enter your first name, last name, email, password, and confirm your password. All fields are required, and the two passwords must match.
- Click Create Account.
Your account is created at this point. The app does not drop you into a dashboard — instead it switches to the Sign In tab and shows an "Account created — check your email" message. We email you a confirmation link: confirm your email, then sign in with your new email and password.
You accept the Terms & Conditions on your first sign-in, not during sign-up: after confirming your email and signing in, you're taken to a full-page Terms & Conditions screen with a single I accept button (and a Download a copy link). Click I accept to continue.
Forgot your password?
The password reset happens inline on the Sign In tab — there's no separate page or popup.
- Click Forgot your password? next to the password field.
- Enter the email you sign in with (it carries over if you've already typed it).
- Click Send reset email.
You'll see a confirmation in place: "If {your email} matches an account, a reset link has been sent. Check your inbox." For security, this message always shows the same way, whether or not the email matches an account — so it isn't a guarantee that a link was sent. If the email matches an account, the reset link arrives by email; follow it to set a new password, then sign in.
Click Back to sign in to return to the sign-in form.
