Yes. creativehub attaches a delivery (shipping) profile to the products it pushes to your store — that's why you see a profile named "Creative Hub Rec. Del. Prices" or "Creative Hub Standard Del. Prices" appear in your Shopify shipping settings. You control which prices we use, and you can opt out of ours entirely.
What we push, and why
Print products need shipping prices, so on a product's first push to your store we attach it to a Creative Hub delivery profile. Which one depends on your preference in Settings → Fulfilment → Delivery prices:
- Recommended delivery prices (the default) — standardised, simple shipping prices designed to maximise conversion. Shipping runs at a loss on some orders, but the pricing step nudges your print price toward roughly a 55% margin, which more than offsets it.
- Pass-through cost prices — your customer is charged exactly what theprintspace charges to ship, by region and size. You never lose money on an individual shipment, but the higher, more variable prices can reduce conversion.
Changing the preference affects newly created products and drops only — products already pushed keep whichever profile they're on.
Using your own delivery prices instead
If you don't want creativehub-managed shipping prices at all:
- In your Shopify admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery, create your own delivery profile with the rates you want.
- Move your print products onto that profile.
We won't touch a profile you created — your rates stay exactly as you set them. Note that whatever your store charges the customer, theprintspace still bills you its actual fulfilment delivery cost per order, so set your rates with that in mind (see About dropship shipping rates).
Related switches on the same tab
The Fulfilment tab also holds the region switches — excluding regions from fulfilment, upgrading regions to courier, and Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Those change how orders are fulfilled and what your customer pays at the door; they're covered in About the Fulfilment settings tab.
