Don't embed a colour profile in your file before uploading to creativehub. Instead:
- Work in Adobe RGB 1998 as your workspace — this is the standard for print-ready files.
- Don't apply theprintspace ICC profiles to your working file — use them only for soft-proofing (to preview how your image will look on each paper).
- Upload your file in Adobe RGB 1998 without an embedded profile.
theprintspace's team will apply the correct paper-specific profile during the print process based on the paper you've chosen for each product.
If you're soft-proofing before upload to check how your work will render on a specific paper, download the relevant ICC profile from theprintspace's resources page and use it in Photoshop or Lightroom's proof setup — but don't bake it into your file.
