Every step of a drop's marketing plan carries its own tracked links — sale-page URLs tagged so analytics can attribute each visit and order to the channel and post that earned it. (New to the idea? Start with What are UTM tracked links.)
Where to find them
- Open the drop and go to Marketing Plan.
- Click the card for the step you're about to do.
- Scroll to the Tracked links card at the bottom of the panel. Each row shows the platform's logo and name, the full link, and a Copy button.
A step lists one link per platform you selected — for Instagram that's the story link (for the link sticker) or the bio link, depending on the step; artists with a broadcast channel get a broadcast link too. Instagram feed posts can't carry links (an Instagram limitation), so those rows explain how post traffic is tracked instead of showing a URL.
Using them
- Copy the link for the platform you're posting on and use it as the link in that post, story sticker, or email button.
- Use each step's own link for that step — that's what gives you per-post numbers in Analytics.
- The links are generated to match your campaign exactly and can't be hand-edited.
Custom links
At the plan's foot you can add up to three custom tracked links for channels the plan doesn't cover (a podcast, a collaboration, a print newsletter). Each gets a name and its own analytics line.
