How to duplicate a drop

Duplicating a drop makes a renamed draft copy that points at the products you choose to keep. Use it when you want to reuse most of a drop's setup for a new launch without rebuilding it from scratch.

Start a duplicate

  1. Open Drop List in the sidebar (the page is headed Drops).
  2. Find the drop you want to copy.
  3. On its card, click Duplicate. The Duplicate drop dialog opens.

Name the copy

The dialog opens on the naming step:

  • The name field is pre-filled with <original name> (Copy). Change it to whatever you like.
  • If you leave it blank, the copy keeps the default (Copy) name.
  • Click Next to move on.

Choose which products to keep

On the next step you see a tick-box list of the source drop's products:

  • All products are ticked by default. Untick any you don't want in the copy.
  • You can't continue with everything unticked — keep at least one product.
  • Click Duplicate to create the copy. The button shows how many products it will include.

What you get

  • A fresh draft copy, with no schedule and no published data — it's never treated as already published.
  • The copy references the same products you kept, so you can edit and publish it separately from the original.
  • After it's created, you're taken straight into the wizard for the new draft to edit and publish it.

The original drop is left untouched.

Adding more products

Duplication only lets you keep or drop products that are already on the source drop — there's no option to add new ones here. To add more artworks, open the new draft and add them in the wizard (see How to add or remove artworks from a drop).
