Certificates of authenticity are downloaded from the Product page, in the Variants card.
- Open the product. If you're already on the product's page, you're in the right place — otherwise select Products in the left-hand menu and click the product.
- Scroll down to the Variants card. It lists each variant with the columns Size, Frame, Paper, Retail, Editions sold and SKU.
- Find the variant you want the certificate for, and click its value in the Editions sold column (for example "0 / 50"). This opens the Editions dialog for that variant.
- The dialog shows one row per edition number, with a Sold checkbox and a Cert column. A certificate can only be downloaded for an edition that has been issued (marked sold). - If the edition you want isn't sold yet, tick its box in the Sold column to mark it sold — that issues the certificate.
- Click the download icon in the Cert column for that edition to download its certificate.
Editions bought through a real customer order are marked sold automatically; you can also mark an edition sold yourself in this dialog — handy for manual orders, or to issue a certificate for a specific number. To choose which certificate design ships with a product, see How to set up a certificate of authenticity on a drop.
