Orders are well packed to avoid damage. We have two decades of experience of dispatching packages worldwide. This is how your orders are packaged:
- Small prints (up to 20″ × 16″ in the UK, or 12″ × 17″ in Germany / ROW) — sent flat in an envelope.
- Larger prints — sent rolled in a tube.
- Mounted and framed pieces (up to 40″ × 30″) — postage or courier depending on order details.
If a print arrives damaged, theprintspace will replace it — you just need to provide images or video of the damage for the shipping insurance claim.
