Can I get a refund or reprint if I'm not happy?
If your order doesn't reach you in the condition you would expect — free from any defects and accurate to your file as per our colour-management process — then we will replace it free of charge immediately, without quibble. As your print and frame is made to order, we don't offer refunds for non-defective orders. Our guarantee and promise is that you will receive your order to the quality, standard and colour-management standards you would expect from one of the best fine-art printing services in the world.
If something is wrong with your order, contact support at info@theprintspace.co.uk with your order reference and photos or a short video of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement straight away.
