You can choose from 9 papers when you set up a drop, split across two print technologies: 7 Giclée art papers and 2 C-Type photographic papers. There is no canvas option.

Giclée art papers (7)

  • Hahnemühle Photo Rag — super-matte, cotton-based, with a chalky smooth texture. Muted blacks and excellent detail.
  • Hahnemühle German Etching — heavyweight, slightly warm base, strong mottled texture. Gives a handmade, crafted feel.
  • Ilford Cotton Textured — highly textured white uncoated base. Strong blacks and a distinct fine-art feel.
  • Hahnemühle Bamboo — eco-friendly, warm-toned, smooth surface with high colour density and a large gamut.
  • Canson Baryta — pure white with a silky reflective coating. Suits high-contrast images with deep blacks and vibrant colour.
  • Hahnemühle Pearl — smooth orange-peel texture and satin finish. Vibrant colour with the depth of an oil painting.
  • Epson Semi Gloss — resin-coated, semi-gloss flat surface. Photographic look with fine-art quality and vibrant colour.

C-Type photographic papers (2)

  • Fuji Matt — semi-matte finish with a slight stipple. Natural colours and detailed, three-dimensional reproduction.
  • Fuji Gloss — professional gloss that accentuates colour for a punchy, rich feel with high contrast and sharp definition.

What we recommend

The artwork analysis only ever recommends Giclée papers — C-Type stocks (Fuji Matt and Fuji Gloss) are never auto-recommended, though you can still pick either one yourself.

In the paper card, the top recommendation gets a Recommended badge. The three most relevant papers show first; use See other papers to view the rest.

How to choose

  • Texture: textured (Photo Rag, German Etching, Ilford Cotton Textured) or smoother (Pearl, Baryta, Epson Semi Gloss).
  • Base tone: bright white for crisp colour (Baryta), warm off-white for muted, painterly tones (German Etching, Bamboo).
  • Finish: matte for art, satin/gloss for photographic punch (Pearl, Epson Semi Gloss, Fuji Gloss).
  • Technology: Giclée for fine-art reproduction; C-Type for fast, consistent photographic output.

If you're unsure, order a sample pack — it's the fastest way to see how each paper behaves with your imagery.
