Bespoke framing means each frame is handmade and made to measure for your artwork. You're not restricted to standard photographic or A-sizes.
Minimum size
A print must be at least 180 mm on its shortest side to be framed. Smaller prints can't be bespoke-framed — order them as a print (and frame them yourself), or scale up to at least 180 mm on the short side.
Frame styles
- Traditional frames — classic profiles in natural wood or finished mouldings.
- Box frames — deep profile, gives the artwork space and dimensional presence.
- Float frames — print appears to "float" within the frame edge.
- Tray frames — print sits flush within a recessed tray, popular for canvas and dry-mounted pieces.
Plus many other moulding profiles. Natural wood frames can be finished with wax and shellac, or hand-sprayed for invisible closed-corner joints.
Glazing options
- Low Reflective Art Glass — minimises reflections.
- Conservation Clear — UV-blocking, archival-grade.
- Museum Glass — top-tier; combines anti-reflection and conservation.
A small fillet keeps the artwork clear of the glass when no window mount is used. Every frame is taped and sealed at the back.
