Yes — if your product includes a Certificate of Authenticity, a preview image of the certificate appears in the product's image gallery on your sale page by default, alongside the artwork and framing shots. Customers scrolling the gallery will see it.
How to hide the certificate image
You can hide it without removing the physical certificate:
- Go to Theme manager and edit the Page Style your drop uses.
- Find the Product gallery options.
- Turn off Certificate (COA) shot.
- Save, then republish the drop — gallery settings are applied to the page at publish, so a live page updates on its next republish.
The same section has a toggle for the Letter-to-buyer shot if you also want to hide the letter preview.
What this does and doesn't change
- Hiding the shot only changes the store page. The physical certificate still ships inside the package with each print, and its cost is unchanged.
- To remove the certificate from the order itself (and its cost), that's a different setting: choose No, skip this at the Certificate of Authenticity step when setting up the drop or product — see How to set up Certificates of Authenticity on a drop.
