Yes. creativehub automatically routes each order to the nearest fulfilment facility for fastest delivery. theprintspace has production facilities in the UK, Germany, and the USA, and the system selects the best one based on:
- Order origin — which facility is closest to the destination
- Destination — domestic vs international, urban vs remote
- Size and value — larger or higher-value pieces may use tracked couriers
This automatic routing optimises for both cost and speed. If you want to override this behaviour for a specific region, you can configure fulfilment settings in Settings → Fulfilment to force orders to a particular carrier or upgrade to Express Courier.
