There is no separate certificate template per artist. Your account has one set of brand details, and each drop picks one certificate design and one signature. This article explains what you can vary and what you can't.
One account, one set of brand details
Your artist name and shop name are set once for the whole account, in Settings → Account → Artist details. Your logo is managed in the Media Library (left sidebar → Media Library). They aren't per-artist — there's no way to add a second artist with its own name, signature, and logo.
What you can vary per drop
- Certificate design. When you set up a drop you choose one Certificate of Authenticity design (Classic is free; premium designs cost extra per certificate). See how to set up Certificates of Authenticity on a drop.
- Signature. You keep a Signature Library of one or more signatures in the Media Library, with one marked as the default. On a drop you can pick a different signature from the library (or upload a new one) for that drop only — it won't change your default.
So if you publish work that should carry a different signature, upload each signature to your Media Library once, then select the right one each time you create a drop.
What you can't do
- Set up multiple certificate templates, each with its own artist name and logo.
- Choose a different artist's branding per print within a single drop.
- Have orders ship with different artist names or logos based on the artwork.
If you sell work under more than one identity that needs fully separate branding (different artist name and logo on the certificate), the only way to keep them apart is to run them on separate accounts.
