For the EU, UK and USA the answer is categorically no because we produce your print within these countries/ regions. For elsewhere we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most countries that do charge import duties.
With DDP on, theprintspace pre-pays all import duties, GST, and a courier handling fee upfront — so your customer receives the order with no customs bill at the door. You cover those costs on your invoice instead.
DDP is available for exactly seven countries: Canada, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland, Iceland, and Mexico.
If DDP is off for a destination, the order ships duty-unpaid (DAP) and your customer may be billed import charges by the carrier on delivery.
You can enable or disable DDP per country in your Fulfilment settings. Check there now to see which countries you have it switched on for, and turn it on for any others where it's available.
