Yes — you stay in control of which of your print products are on sale. Because your store listing is connected to your creativehub product (and products are fulfilled on demand, with nothing produced until a sale happens), pausing a product is mainly a matter of taking it off sale in the right place.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- The product listing itself lives on your store (Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace, etc.), so unpublishing, hiding or unlisting a product is generally done on your store platform — that's where you control its visibility to shoppers.
- The link between your store and creativehub is the SKU. You're free to change a listing's visibility, images, description and price, but don't change the SKU, or the connection breaks.
- For limited editions, a product automatically stops being purchasable once the edition sells out, and stock syncs back to creativehub.
- If you update a product's settings in creativehub (paper, sizes, variants), you'll need to re-import it for your store to reflect the change.
