Most orders are made to order and sent to you (or your customer) by tracked, insured courier — you'll get a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched.
In-person collection isn't available everywhere. At the London studio, collection is generally possible: prints are usually ready within around a day of you placing the order (longer for larger or higher-volume orders). If you collect, it's worth bringing a tube or envelope to protect your prints, or you can buy one at reception — this helps keep prices low and encourages recycling.
For Düsseldorf and New York, it's best to confirm collection before you plan a trip, as the default for these locations is courier delivery and arrangements can differ by site.
