Growth Marketing Manager — Creators & Social Commerce

Remote (Europe) · Full-time

You turn audiences into revenue. We'll give you the creators, the products and the platform — you bring the marketing craft.

About us

creativehub.io automates social commerce. This sector, still in its infancy, is booming and we are one of the emerging leaders in the space. Our AI systems plug into a creator's social accounts and do the rest: we assess the attention they command, then automate the marketing and sales process that turns it into vital funds for creators — to grow careers and pay the bills. The flipside is giving fans and followers the ability to support the creator and own a slice of the creative output that inspires them.

We built our name growing visual artists — our team routinely takes creators from £8,000 launches to £30,000, £50,000, £90,000+ launches. The playbook is marketing: positioning, audience psychology, email capture, launch mechanics, urgency, story. Now we're applying it beyond visual art — illustrators, photographers, designers, streamers, writers, makers — any social creator with an engaged audience. That's where you come in.

To be clear about what this is not: this is not brand-side influencer marketing. You will never book a sponsored post. You grow each creator's own commerce — their products, their drops, their revenue — and you're paid on it.

The role

You own a roster of creators as their growth marketer and commercial strategist. For each one you design and run the machine that converts their audience into sales: the positioning, the pre-launch funnel, the email capture, the drop mechanics, the pricing, the post-launch analysis that makes the next one bigger.

Our production facilities in London, Düsseldorf and New York make the physical product. Our software runs the storefront and funnel. You run the marketing.
