When do my customer orders show in creativehub?

In a given day, all your customer orders are sent to production after midnight on that day.

For example, if you made a sale at 13:00 on 2nd October, the order will be received by our production system after 23:59 on 2nd October. If you made 50 sales on the 2nd October, the same process would take place.

This happens so that if you make numerous sales that day, they are grouped into one charge to your payment method.

For this reason, your sales will not show in your creativehub account until the day after they are made in your art store.

Where do I view my customer orders in creativehub?

Use the following steps to view your customer orders in creativehub and to check their fulfilment status:

  • First, login to your creativehub
  • Access your main setting menu by clicking your name/avatar in the top right
  • Select ‘Art store settings’ from the drop down
  • Select ‘Store fulfilment’ from the left side menu
  • Enter the date range you wish to search, or simply click ‘Update’ to view your most recent orders

Understanding the order fulfilment status

As your customer order progresses through the fulfilment process, its status will change:

  • New order: Your order has been received by our production system.
  • In Production: Your order is being printed and packed ready to ship to your customer.
  • Dispatched: Your order has been processed and shipped to your customer.
  • Card required: We have received your order, but cannot process it until a payment method is added to your account for the production costs. We will retry payment once a day. Click here to add card.
  • Payment failed: We have received your order, but cannot process it as the payment for the production costs has failed. In most cases a call to your bank to authorise payments will resolve the issue. We will retry payment once a day.
  • Suspended order: We are unable to process your order. This could be for one of 3 reasons: (1) Missing shipping address. (2) SKU code has been changed. (3) Print option does not exist.
