If your products are not importing to your Squarespace inventory, and you’ve followed the setup guide correctly, then check you have pages ‘Enabled’ in your Squarespace settings:

This is a prerequisite for our integration to be able to push products to a Squarespace account. To update this setting, complete the following in Squarespace:

  • From your main account menu, select ‘Pages’
  • Next, click the gear icon in the ‘shop/store’ row
  • Switch the toggle to active from the ‘Enabled page’ options
