Custom inserts overview
Can you include a custom insert, letter to buyer or thank you note with your customer’s art sales orders? Yes, you can upload an A4 sized PDF file of your own design and we will print this with your order.
You can assign 1 inset/letter per print variant. If a customer orders multiple prints with the same letter, we will include a single letter in the package.
There is a charge of £2 for this service per unique insert sent.
Step 1: Upload your PDF file
- Log in to your creativehub account
- Access your main setting menu by clicking your name/avatar in the top right
- Select ‘Art store settings’ from the drop down and then select ‘brand settings’ from the left hand side menu
- Next, scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll see the option ‘Letter to buyer’
- To add your letter click ‘Upload’. Note we only accept PDF files
- You can up-load multiple designs for future use and also set a default option
Step 2: Assign your letter to print products
- Head back to your ‘My files’ page
- Next, select the files you wish to sell as art prints in your online store. To do this, simply select the file(s) using the tick box in the top left of each file preview. Then click ‘sell as print’ from the right hand side options

- When you have priced and sized a variant, select the letter you would like to include with your order by selecting the PDF file you uploaded from the drop down options located in the top right of the price panel. If you set a default PDF file, this will already be selected
- You are now set up to sell your prints inclusive of custom letter to buyer. To change or remove the insert, navigate back to the dropdown options in the previous step to make your changes.
