Branding overview
Can you include your logo on the packaging that your drop shipping orders are sent to your customers in? Yes! You can have your logo printed on a biodegradable sticker which is stuck to the front of your customer’s package. This aids to a fantastic first impression and will increase buyer trust in the seller.
When this service is activated, we charge an additional £3 per order. This fee is applied to the fulfilment costs we automatically debit during the production process.
Sticker options
There are 2 types of sticker to choose from. You can either select the rectangle sticker or the circular sticker:
Sticker sizes & templates
First impressions are everything. So, to guarantee that your branding is printed on the sticker at high quality we require that you upload a file that is sized for the sticker dimensions:
- Files must be .pdf
- Files must be 300ppi
- Circle: 50mm x 50mm (590px x 590px @300ppi)
- Rectangle: 210 x 51mm (2480px x 602px @300ppi)
Need help sizing your logo? Use the template Photoshop files below. Simply add your branding to the grey area, remove the grey area layer and export as .pdf (Photoshop PDF, [High Quality Print])

Add branding in creativehub
To add your branding to creativehub follow these easy steps:
- Log in to your creativehub account
- Access your main setting menu by clicking your name/avatar in the top right
- Select ‘Art store settings’ from the drop down and then select ‘brand settings’ from the left hand side menu
- Scroll down the page until you reach ‘Branded packaging’
- First select the sticker format from the drop down
- Next, upload your .pdf file
- Finally, use the toggle to activate branded packaging
