Learn about setting up extra security to access your account.

What is two-factor authentication?

Two step authentication is an additional layer of security that requires a user to confirm their identity to access a service or application.

It adds an additional layer of security to the authentication process by making it harder for attackers to gain access to a person’s device or online account.

Knowing the password alone is not enough to pass the authentication check.

How to set it up

Whenever you enable two factor authentication with creativehub, you need to connect either an email address or phone number to your account.

To make sure you are connecting the right email address or phone number, an email or text message will be sent to verify the authenticity.

Once either of these have been verified, every time you log in to your account, you will be sent a code (to either your email address or phone, depending which one you set up) in addition to your password.

It is highly advisable to enable this feature as it provides a higher level of security for your account and the files stored within your account.
