Order production
Any orders you may have made in a given day are sent to production after midnight on that day.
For example, if you made a sale at 13:00 on 2nd October, the order will be received by our production system after 23:59 on 2nd October. If you made 50 sales on the 2nd October, the same process would take place.
This happens so that if you make numerous sales in a given day, they are grouped into one invoice and you are charged once per day.
You will need to add a payment card to your creativehub account for this to happen, otherwise you will receive an email letting you know that a payment card is required for the order/s to proceed.

Order fulfilment
As soon as payment is received from the seller for the production and fulfilment costs, the seller’s order will reach our production management system. Orders are often printed and despatched within 2-5 working days.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information when the order has shipped from our studio. You can use this information to mark the order as “shipped” on your website and notify the customer at the same time.
