In this article we’ll explain downgrading your subscription plan.


  • If you need to downgrade your subscription plan, you will stay on the current plan until the end of your current billing period and you won’t receive a refund.
  • After the end of your final billing period, your new, downgraded plan will be active.
  • Please note: Make sure that your storage is within the limits of your new, downgraded plan before the plan downgrades.
