Has creativehub received my customer order?
When we receive your order, you, the seller, will receive an email notifying you that the order has been received and is in production. If you have not added a payment card for the production costs you will be notified by email.

How do I know when my customer order is shipped?
When you order is shipped (within 2-5 working days) you, the seller, will receive a second email from us confirming this. This email will also include a tracking number which you can use to track your customers order, or to update the fulfilment status in your store.
Will my customer be notified?
Your customer will receive an email from our shipment program, Shippy Pro. It is not branded as theprintspace, it is branded as Art Prints. This gives your customer the tracking number for the shipment. Here is how that looks:
