Has your customer contacted you about missing prints from their order? Print sales items missing? Customer order not complete? Read on for why this may have happened.


My customer order is missing items

If a customer orders multiple prints from your store that are fulfilled by creativehub, but does not receive all the items, then there will be an issue with the product SKU code on the print they did not receive.

Where an order containing multiple items is received, but one or more of the items contains errors with the product SKU, we will fulfil the order items that do not have errors only. We will email notifying you of the products that have not been fulfilled.
