In the unfortunate event that you no longer have access to your account, you need to contact us directly via the email address [email protected]

Please provide proof of identity or as much information about your account as possible – for example, files or projects on your account – so that we can cross reference the information provided with your account.

Once verified, we can reset the password for your account and disable the two factor authentication so you can log in again.
