To change the email address of your account, you’ll first need to login to your creativehub account through this link, then follow these steps below:
Steps to change your email address
- Once you logged in to your creativehub account, click on your creativehub name in the top right. This will open a dropdown menu.
- Select ‘Account settings’ from the drop-down menu.
- Then select ‘Email address’ from the left hand side menu.
- Here you can enter your new email address, then click ‘Update‘.
- You will be asked to enter your new email address again to confirm it, then click ‘Update‘.
- Once you have confirmed your new email address you’ll then be able to login using your updated email address.
