If you are VAT/sales tax registered, add your information to your creativehub account to help reduce costs on eligible dropshipping orders.

To do this you will need to login to your creativehub account first. You can login through this link, then follow the steps below:

Add your VAT details

• Once you are logged in to your creativehub account, click on your creativehub name in the top right. This will open a dropdown menu.
• Select ‘Art store settings‘ from the dropdown menu.
• Then select ‘Payment settings‘ from the left hand side menu.
• Under ‘Invoice Settings‘ you can now update your country of residence and add your sales tax registration number.
• Once you added your details click ‘Update‘.

Please note: By changing the country you will change the currency of your creativehub account to the currency of the selected country.
