View your connected stores

  • First, login to your creativehub
  • Access your main setting menu by clicking your name/avatar in the top right
  • Select ‘Art store settings’ from the drop down
  • Click ‘Integrations’ from the left hand side menu options
  • Here we list your connected stores. If the store is connected, we’ll display the store URL along with a ‘Disconnect’ button. If your store is not connected, you’ll see the ‘connect’ button

Add your payment card

Once your store is connected, you’ll need to add a payment method in order for us to debit you for the fulfilment costs.
